In a universe where Owen Wilson struggles to make it as an actor in L.A., The Killers sing the soundtrack of his life. The new music video of the band for their Christmas In L.A. song features the actor, who appears to be missing Christmas while hopelessly looking for jobs, instead.
The Killers decided to celebrate the holidays with their fans one more time but this song is quite different from 2007’s Don’t Shoot Me Santa. Again a bit depressing but less “indie”, its story totally represents the Christmas spirit. Dawes’ contribution makes it the perfect ballad for the season.
According to MTV UK, Christmas in L.A. has been released in support of World AIDS day.
