Throwback Thursday!

The late ‘90s/ early ‘00s marked pop music’s greatest era. But it wasn’t all about Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera; a lot of newer acts were also steadily gaining ground at the time, even though they didn’t base their music on generic beats or endless dancing!

One of them was Dido, who released her debut album, No Angel, in the US in 1999 and worldwide two years later. The record gradually became massive, with songs like Hunter, Here with Me and Thank You (a segment of which was also incorporated in Eminem’s Stan in 2000), putting Dido on the ‘pop map’ for good!

So many lovely memories associated with Hunter… From high school proms to MTV’s golden years, that pop was worth having around.

“If you were a king up there on your throne, would you be wise enough to let me go? For this queen you think you own wants to be a hunter again”
